		<description>Anya, great post and I like your friend&#039;s analogy to the mortgage crisis.  Those default rate stats are staggering, but not surprising.  I just had a conversation with a friend that was a K-12 Superintendent and we both agree how a college degree simply does not make sense for many people.  A college degree is only necessary for somewhere around 20% of the jobs in the U.S.
